Welcome to Suncoast Serenity! Minutes from all downtown Bradenton has to offer and only a 15-minute drive from Anna Maria Island's fabulous beaches is the ultimate vacation spot for the entire family. Enjoy the Sarasota/Bradenton area's pristine beaches or relax in your large, heated saltwater pool. Guests will love cooking at home for the family with our fully stocked kitchen and outdoor BBQ area or take advantage of our home’s close proximity to all the fabulous dining options in the area.
Guests will have total access to our beautifully furnished home which includes 4 bedrooms--a generously sized master with a king bed, two additional guest rooms with queen beds, and a fourth bedroom perfect for your little ones with double bunk beds. We also have pack-and-play for our youngest guests.
Our home features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with oodles of vacation amenities! Our living area is open concept and designed to foster togetherness, perfect for family gatherings or quiet nights in. Our living room features a large Smart TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, HBO Max and Apple TV and our dining area comfortably accommodates 10 guests at the table and 3 at the island.
Cool down and relax after a long day of activities in your private, heated, salt-water pool. If you are not familiar with salt-water pools they provide “softened” water, not salty ocean water. It is very gentle on the skin and eyes and no chlorine smelling, dried out hair! Kids can play in the pool while the family cooks a meal at the BBQ. Our lanai features a table with seating for 6 as well as 2 lounge chairs and an outdoor sofa. Don’t worry about running inside for the bathroom as we have an outdoor bathroom and shower just outside the lanai.

We offer self check in, which means we do not meet you on site to provide keys. Check in instructions are sent to guests 24 hours prior to check in. Every guest is provided with a unique door code that allows them access to the home during their stay.
POOL HEAT: Please let us know if you would like to have the pool heated at least 3 days before your arrival. When purchased, pool heat will be set to 85 degrees. Air temperatures do affect pool heat, so unfortunately if outside temperatures drop below 70 degrees, pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed. Pool heat is an additional charge of $25 a day.

NON REFUNDABLE PET FEE - $99/per stay for one dog, $149/per stay for 2 dogs if communicated before check-in. $100/per day for failure to inform the host prior to check-in. 2 pets maximum unless granted an exception.
- No puppies or dogs under 1 year of age are allowed. Weight limit of 75 lbs maximum total for 1 pet or 120 lbs total for 2 and no cats allowed
- Pets must be fully house trained and vaccinated
- No pets allowed on the furniture, bedding or inside the pool
- Pets must be leashed at all times when not in our fenced yard and crated indoors when you are not at home
- You must control barking when outside, especially at night or early morning. We are in a community with a lot of families, so just to keep that in mind
- All pet waste in the yard must be cleaned up prior to your check-out; an additional fee will apply if our team has to pick it up-
- By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your pet/s causes during your stay
